MONTANA TIMBER LEGACY FOUNDATION
Mission Statement
The Montana Timber Legacy Foundation commemorates Montana’s proud timber HERITAGE and forges a LEGACY for timber harvesting professionals that pledges a culture of safe logging practices; professional timber harvesting standards; and principles of forest stewardship that ensure generations of healthy forests for future Montanans.
Your tax deductible contribution to the Montana Timber Legacy Foundation, a 501(c)3 corporation, will be used to celebrate the legacy of Montana’s logging community; champion a culture of safety and professional timber harvesting standards for logging contractors; and advocate forest stewardship and education in Montana.
The Montana Timber Legacy Foundation proudly supports the following organizations:
A.L.E.R.T. Foundation; Darby Logger Days; Family Forestry Expo; Montana FFA Career & Trade Show, Montana Tree Farm Association; Montana Society of Foresters - Missoula Forestry Days and the Museum at Fort Missoula; Natural Resources Youth Camp, the Montana Landowner Conference and the REAL Montana Program.
